- Water1/2 cup
- Hydrated cashews1/4 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice or vinegar3 coffee spoon
- Salt3 coffee spoon
- First, beat the hydrated cashew nuts with the water.
- Better to use a blender or double the recipe if you make it in a blender.
- When the chestnut turns into a cream, add the rest of the ingredients.
- Just beat and you can store it in a pot.
- Place in the fridge to harden.
- If you already make fermented nut cream, you can replace the cashew nut with fermented cream. It tastes even better.
