  • Wheat flour180 g
  • Cocoa powder40 g
  • Salt3/4 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate170 g
  • Coconut oil100 g
  • Refined sugar290 g
  • Aquafaba120 ml
  • Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate for decoration40 g
  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt and set aside.
  2. In another container, place the chocolate and coconut oil and microwave only until they are completely melted. Reserve.
  3. With the help of a mixer, beat the caster sugar and aquafaba for approximately 4 minutes.
  4. Add the vanilla and then the chocolate and butter mixture. Mix well.
  5. Add the dry ingredients in 2 parts.
  6. Pour the batter into the baking dish, sprinkle with the chocolate for decoration and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. You'll know it's done when the brownie starts to crackle on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Good brownie :)
