- Cut the vegetables as you prefer and with the vegetable meat on the grill to roast with salt and seasonings to taste. In the meantime, let's prepare the garlic bread as it will be ready faster.
- Garlic bread preparation: Cook 1 potato. Once cooked, place in a blender with the garlic cloves and salt to taste, add enough water to blend. Beat until it becomes a paste, pass it on the breads, put oregano on top and bake with the other foods.
