- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Mashed dwarf banana1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Water or plant milk3/4 cup
- White Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- PASTA: Mix the dry ingredients (except the yeast) in a bowl, then add the mashed banana and the liquids little by little. Mix everything slowly, you don't need to mix too much so that the dough is airy, and not dense like a bread. Finally add the yeast and mix some more. Pour in a greased shape and light to bake for 50 minutes (varies from oven to oven, keep an eye out 😉) in a preheated oven at 210 degrees.
- ROOF: I melted 1/2 cup of demerara sugar in a pan and added 1 1/2 chopped small banana. I let it caramelize in a low oven for 5 minutes. I hit the mixture while still hot in the blender to get a thicker consistency and added 1/2 chopped banana to cook in the mixture while it was still hot.
- When the cake was ready and cooled, I unmold it and threw the frosting on top!
