- Vegan Chocolate Chips150 g
- Hydrate the flaxseed with water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas well. Add the oat milk, hydrated flaxseed, sugar, vanilla and mix well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour and mix well until it is all incorporated.
- Add salt, cinnamon and yeast. Mix.
- Finally, add the vegan chocolate chips. Transfer the dough to a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until a crust forms on top. Wait for it to cool before cutting.
