Ripe banana4 unit(s)
Oat flour (or flakes)2 cup
Peanut Butter1/4 cup
Water1/3 cup
Salt1/2 coffee spoon
Raisins (optional) to taste
Baking soda1 teaspoon
Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
Carob powder (or cocoa)2 tablespoon

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Blend the oats into flour if you are using rolled oats.
Mash the bananas well.
Add the other ingredients and stir well, leaving the bicarbonate and lemon for last.
Bake in a greased and floured pan for about 40 minutes.
