- Baroa potato500 g
- Sweet sprinkle250 g
- sour starch250 g
- Olive oil100 ml
- Chia30 g
- Sea salt15 g
- Filtered water1 tablespoon
- Peel the potato and cook until soft. Then puree (processor or mashing with a fork). While still hot, add the oil and mix well until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add the two types of flour and chia to the puree. Hit the salt. Add water little by little if necessary and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands, without being brittle. Make balls and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25/30 min.
- To freeze: freeze in balls still raw, distributing in a tightly capped container for up to 90 days after the date of manufacture. When ready to eat, bake without defrosting. The oven time with the frozen buns will increase by around 10min.
