Ingredients

Tofu500 g
Shoyu1/2 cup
Oregano to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon

Dry the tofu with a cloth or paper towel to absorb the water.
Cut the tofu into thin slices
In a bowl or plate, place the soy sauce and oregano.
Dip the tofu slices in the soy sauce
Place to grill on both sides in a frying pan with olive oil.
