- granulated tapioca500 g
- coconut milk400 ml
- sugar1 cup
- grated coconut1/2 cup
- plant milk (homemade coconut)1 l
- Mix the tapioca with the sugar, grated coconut and the bottled coconut milk.
- Add very hot vegetable milk and mix very well.
- Leave this mixture resting in a pot for 30 minutes, for the tapioca to absorb the liquids well.
- Transfer this mixture to a greased shape with oil and grated coconut and take it to the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Serve the couscous well chilled with condensed milk.
