  • granulated tapioca500 g
  • coconut milk400 ml
  • sugar1 cup
  • grated coconut1/2 cup
  • plant milk (homemade coconut)1 l
  1. Mix the tapioca with the sugar, grated coconut and the bottled coconut milk.
  2. Add very hot vegetable milk and mix very well.
  3. Leave this mixture resting in a pot for 30 minutes, for the tapioca to absorb the liquids well.
  4. Transfer this mixture to a greased shape with oil and grated coconut and take it to the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve the couscous well chilled with condensed milk.
