  • Cooked Chickpeas150 g
  • Wheat for kibbeh150 g
  • Diced Japanese Cucumber300 g
  • Diced Red Onion200 g
  • Diced red pepper100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved300 g
  • Chopped Parsley3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Mint1 unit(s)
  • Lemon3 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Filtered water180 ml
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Bring the water to a boil. Then pour over the wheat, cover and let it rest for five minutes.
  2. After this period, loosen the wheat with a fork and mix it with the chickpeas, onion, pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, fresh herbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Place in the fridge until cool before eating.
