  • Mix of cooked white, black and red quinoa grains1 cup
  • Chopped Small Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • medium ripe tomato without seeds, chopped2 unit(s)
  • Finely chopped red onion2 tablespoon
  • Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Adjust the salt.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
