  • Tomato200 g
  • Onion50 g
  • Garlic2 g
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • Oregano4 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Basil to taste
  1. Take the white and toughest part of the chard and cut it lengthwise.
  2. Bring a pot with at least 1 liter to 1 ½ liters of water to boil. When it boils, add salt and the chard strips.
  3. Meanwhile make the sauce. Take the tomato and cut off its tip. With a grater pass the inner part of it, until the skin is all in your hand.
  4. In a pan with oil, sauté the garlic and onion. Put the grated tomato, add the oregano. Adjust salt and pepper.
  5. Drain the pasta and toss in the sauce. Garnish with basil leaves
