Ripe silver banana1/2 unit(s)
Flaxseed Flour1 tablespoon
Chickpea flour2 tablespoon
Quinoa Bran1 tablespoon
Chia1 dessert spoon
Cinnamon to taste
plant milk1/3 cup
Molasses or brown sugar1 dessert spoon
Olive oil1 teaspoon

Mash the banana well in a mixing bowl
Add half the amount of milk and mix
Add the dry ingredients and mix
In a small skillet place the oil, spread and pour the dough in two parts to make two pancakes.
Spread the dough with the water of a spoon or just turning the skillet and cover for the heat to spread and it rises.
Do this with the rest of the dough and you're done. Put chestnut paste or jelly on top with fruit and enjoy :)
