  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Apple1 unit(s)
  • Raw cashews1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  1. Soak the chestnuts in water for two hours.
  2. Cut the vegetables and apple into sticks
  3. Discard the water from the hydration of the chestnuts and mix with 1/2 cup of water and lemon juice in the blender. Add more water if necessary to obtain a smooth cream.
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Put the cream in the bottom of the cups and distribute the vegetables.
  6. Serve next!
