- Olive oil50 ml
- Fresh rosemary (branch)1 unit(s)
- Whole Garlic1 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Clean well and cut the potatoes keeping the peel
- Make each potato yield at least 8 slices
- Pre heat the oven to 180°
- Take a baking dish and pour the potatoes, put the dry spices and rosemary
- If you don't like rosemary, a good substitute is thyme.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, mix everything very well with your hands.
- Mash a head of garlic with a knife and add it to the potatoes, mix with the spices
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Keep an eye out after 20 minutes to stir the potatoes and make sure they are golden brown.
- Prick them with a knife to see if they are good, remove them from the oven and serve with the garlic on the side.
- The garlic will be sweet, very good to mash and eat with the potatoes.
