  • Cashew Nuts2 cup
  • Water3 cup
  • Vegetable oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/8 teaspoon
  1. Leave the chestnut in warm water for 8 hours.
  2. Blend everything in a blender for 3 minutes
  3. Use a clean cloth to strain the cream and you're done.
  4. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes and it's ready to use.
