  • Cashew Nuts in Sauce1 cup
  • Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the yams, slice it and cook it until it is very soft.
  2. Discard the water, wait to cool and put them in a blender or food processor.
  3. Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes and discard the water.
  4. Add the chestnuts with the yam and the other ingredients and beat everything until smooth.
