- Salt1 to taste
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese1 cup
- Cut the chayote into pieces and cook with salt.
- Once cooked, remove the water and knead. In a bowl add the crushed chayote, 3 eggs, the margarine, the wheat, the Parmesan cheese and the milk, mix everything well.
- When you're done mixing everything, put it in a greased shape, and bake in a preheated oven for 20 min.
