  • Vegan mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Yellow Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Juice of half a lemon1 unit(s)
  • Roasted and chopped almonds10 unit(s)
  • Raisins (optional)10 unit(s)
  • Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
  1. In a skillet, put a drizzle of olive oil and brown the onion. Then put the shimeji and sauté for about two minutes. Let cool. After cooling, place the shimeji sautéed in a container and add the other ingredients. Stir well and put in the fridge for half an hour. Ready. It's a very tasty pâté to serve with bread or toast...
