- Tofu100 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Black salt to taste
- Nutritional yeast1 tablespoon
- Take the amount of tofu to be used and mash it well inside a small pot (I used approx 100g)
- After well kneaded, just add the seasonings and mix well.
- Nutritional yeast and black salt are optional, mainly because they are harder to find, but they give the dish a boost! Many people also use turmeric in scrambled tofu, even to make it more yellow. Experiment with the seasonings you like and you will be successful! It's not as good as it is in the pan, but it's a great quick topping.
