- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Heat the frying pan with the olive oil and then start sautéing the vegetables in the following order: eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, onion and tomato.
- As soon as it heats up, add a ladle of vegetable broth and let it dry. Repeat the process until they reach the point.
- Finish seasoning to taste and serve hot or cold. As you wish.
