  • Yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Seedless Tomatoes4 unit(s)
  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Heat the frying pan with the olive oil and then start sautéing the vegetables in the following order: eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, onion and tomato.
  2. As soon as it heats up, add a ladle of vegetable broth and let it dry. Repeat the process until they reach the point.
  3. Finish seasoning to taste and serve hot or cold. As you wish.
