  1. This stuffed Rosti potato is MARA, easy, practical and cheap. I used: 4 medium potatoes Steamed broccoli, al dente Olive oil Onion and garlic salt and spices taste Peel the potatoes and put them to cook with water and salt, but be careful when it starts to boil because it can't cook much. You have to poke the fork so it goes in but it's still hard. I left it for about 8 minutes after boiling. Drain and wait for it to cool. It's important to wait for it to cool down so it doesn't get soaked. Next, grate on the coarse part of the grater (my grater is only fine, there are no options, but it is certainly better grating on the coarse side).
  2. While it cools, prepare the filling, which can be just anything you want. I sautéed onions, garlic and broccoli well seasoned, and that was it.
  3. Heat the skillet well, pour in a generous amount of oil and add half of the boiled and grated potato. Enter the stuffing and the other half of the potato. Shape it right and give another light drizzle of olive oil all around it. Forget her there for like 5 minutes (who is on the team that forgets "forever"? 😂) Turn carefully... Drizzle with more oil.. Another 5 minutes and that's it. voila It looks divine. And I do it in 20 minutes realaal. shovel. Note: On top, it's a chips from the broccoli leaves itself. This chips deserves a post later because it's ridiculously easy to make and really, really yummy even when served right out of the box. Obs2: in the last photo, another potato, but this time I threw it, my Achilles heel, on top: the cheese.
