  • Parboiled Rice1 cup
  • Water2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Orange Juice1 unit(s)
  • Gorgonzola cheese150 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Place the rice, water, orange juice and salt in the pressure cooker.
  2. Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and turn on the heat. When the pan starts to sizzle, let it cook for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the pressure from the pan.
  4. Add the gorgonzola and butter. I used gorgonzola cheese and vegetable-based butter. A delight!
  5. Place the lid on the pan and wait 1 minute. You don't need to close the pan. It's just for heating the cheese and melting the butter.
  6. Uncover the pan, mix the gorgonzola and butter with the rice.
  7. Is ready. It's just serving.
