- Rejuvelac 🍃 This is a naturally fermented probiotic drink, well known in naturopathy. You can improve your digestion and immunity. Here, I teach you how to make it with organic brown rice, but you can also make it with grains and pseudocereals. I did two steps: germination (to remove excess phytates - antinutrients) and fermentation. You can do the fermentation straight away if you want, ok? Come on: 🍃Germination: 1/4 xic of washed brown rice. Pour into a sterilized glass. Cover with 15ml of water. Cover with a breathable cloth (I used voile). Place in a dark and wind-free environment for 8-12 hours. After this time, drain the water and leave it turned (draining), from 24 to 48 hours to germinate. 🍃 Fermentation In the same glass, cover the rice with water, cover with the voile and wait 24 hours in a dark environment free from wind currents.
