- Cooked red lentils2 cup
- cherry tomato200 g
- Garlic Head1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Lentil cooking water1/2 cup
- Tahini1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1/2 tablespoon
- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the tomatoes in half, smear them with oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Cut the top off the garlic, wrap in aluminum foil and drizzle with oil, closing the foil afterwards, as in a package. Arrange on the baking sheet next to the tomatoes.
- Roast the tomatoes and garlic in an oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the garlic is tender.
- After this period, reserve the tomatoes and carefully remove the cooked garlic cloves from the skin. Reserve.
- In a blender add the cooked lentils, water, olive oil, tahini, paprika, oregano, tomatoes, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend until smooth.
- Serve with crackers, toast, bread or whatever else you like.
