- Recipe
- Cooked and drained red beans2 cup
- Cassava flour2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped red pepper1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Homemade tomato sauce to taste
- In a non-stick skillet heated with oil, brown the garlic, onion and pepper. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the tomato sauce) until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Grease your hands well with olive oil to shape the balls, if there is no point of curling, add more manioc flour little by little.
- Arrange the meatballs in a non-stick pan greased with olive oil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 15 minutes.
- Serve the bean meatballs with the tomato sauce on top.
