- Remove the seeds from the dates.
- Put all the ingredients to hit the blender.
- Use a spatula to help the blender to blend.
- Tip: lean the spatula against the wall of the blender jar and make up and down movements, without displacing the spatula from the glass.
- When you turn a very homogeneous cream, just store it in a jar with a lid, in the fridge, for up to 15 days.
- If you want less consistency, just add more water.
