  • Zucchinis2 unit(s)
  • Eggplant2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Garlic Cloves to taste
  • Rosemary and Basil to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the tomatoes, onions, zucchinis and eggplants into slices approximately 0.5 cm thick. Try to use vegetables with similar circumferences.
  2. In a round refractory, place the tomato sauce at the bottom.
  3. Take a slice of each vegetable, and arrange over the tomato sauce, arranging them in a spiral.
  4. When filling the refractory, season with salt, black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Place a few cloves of garlic spread across the refractory, and the rosemary.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and leave in the oven for a few more minutes.
  8. Finish with basil and serve.
