- Ginger50 g
- Garlic Cloves1 unit(s)
- Chicken Breast1 unit(s)
- Chuchu1/2 unit(s)
- Cauliflower1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped chives1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 unit(s)
- Water300 ml
- Chop all food and set aside. In a pressure cooker, place the chopped garlic to brown in the oil, as soon as it is golden, sauté the chicken until it is sealed. Then add the rest of the vegetables (except the chives and ginger) and cover with the water. The soup will be ready in 10 minutes. When serving, add a pinch of salt, sprinkle with the chives and grated ginger. This soup can be exchanged for dinner, in addition to bringing satiety, it has a low calorie content.
