- Roasted pumpkin, peeled and mashed1 cup
- Wheat for hydrated kibbeh1.5 cup
- Chopped Onion0.5 cup
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Sliced leek0.5 cup
- Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped red pepper0.5 cup
- Heat a pan with the oil and brown the onion, garlic and leek. Add the pepper and sauté another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix this sautéed with all the other ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Arrange the dough on a tray greased with olive oil and take it to the preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 20 minutes.
