  • Cooked chickpeas2 tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato with oregano1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  1. On a plate add the cooked quinoa, sauteed cabbage, chickpeas and chopped tomato.
  2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and Season the tomato with a little salt
  3. Ready 😋
