Frozen purple pitaya1 unit(s)
Frozen ripe banana1 unit(s)
Coconut Milk Powder4 tablespoon
Xylitol sweetener (optional)2 tablespoon
Mineral or filtered water to taste

In the processor add the frozen fruits, coconut milk powder and xylitol sweetener
Beat well until smooth
If necessary, add a little water to obtain a consistent cream.
Remove from processor and place in bowls
