  • Cooked Chickpeas1 cup
  • Cooked Chickpeas1/2 cup
  • Boiled Beetroot2 unit(s)
  • Tahini (optional)3 tablespoon
  • Freshly squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In the food processor, add the chickpeas, beetroot, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Beat until it forms a more rustic paste. If necessary add filtered water little by little for a smoother consistency. and knock again
  3. Taste and season with salt
  4. Transfer the hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives and/or seeds (optional).
