- Penne grano duro300 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- cherry tomato500 g
- Future farm tuna1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1/2 unit(s)
- Balsamic Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Penne cooking water100 ml
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve the cooking water
- In a large pan, sauté garlic in oil until golden.
- Add half of the tomatoes and cover the pan so they can steam. Stir from time to time
- Add the vegan tuna, lemon zest, balsamic vinegar and cooked pasta. Mix
- Add the rest of the tomatoes, the cooking water, the basil, the salt, the black pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately or place in the fridge to chill.
