- Cooked Penne Granoduro2 cup
- Cashew nut milk1 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sliced Champignon2/3 cup
- Fresh peas1/3 cup
- Carrots, chopped into small cubes, cooked al dente1/2 cup
- Zucchini, cut into small cubes1/3 cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add cashew milk, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add the penne and mix well. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
