- Pecans120 g
- Brown sugar100 g
- Wheat flour95 g
- Coconut oil40 g
- Water25 g
- Salt1 g
- Soy Lecithin (optional)1 g
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips60 g
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Blend the walnuts with the brown sugar in a food processor until you get a very fine crumb.
- Add the coconut oil, water, lecithin and salt and process for another 1 minute.
- Finally, add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and process just until combined.
- Put the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Form 30g to 40g balls and place on a tray lined with aluminum foil.
- Slightly flatten the balls and add the chocolate chips to decorate. You can add pieces of walnuts as well.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Unmold and let cool on a wire rack.
