- Peeled peas1 kg
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Clove Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil10 ml
- Parsley and coriander branch1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Water to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chorizo to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Carrots, diced1 unit(s)
- Sauté with olive oil, onion, chopped garlic clove, slices of chorizo and chopped bacon. When the onion starts to turn golden, add the peas, season with salt, pepper and sugar, mix in the parsley/coriander tied with a string.

- Add enough boiling water to cook (use the of the carrot) . Once the peas are cooked, make a hole in them, add the eggs and let them poach.
