Oriental-style canned radishes

Primeira vez que fiz essa conserva e gostei muito do resultado, fica azedinho e com um toque adocicado.

Eu usei mais ou menos uns 15 rabanetes de tamanho médio.

Após lavar bem em água corrente eu fatiei eles utilizando um mandolim.

Após ele cortado em fatias finas, coloquei uma colher de sopa de sal, misturei bem e deixei escorrer a água por 45 minutos.

Em uma panela eu coloquei 200ml de vinagre de arroz, 200 ml de água, uma colher de chá de sal não cheia e duas colheres de sopa de açúcar e deixei no fogo até começar a ferver.

Passado os 45 minutos escorrendo, peguei os rabanetes, espremi bem nas mãos para retirar toda a água salgada e fui colocando em potes já esterelizados.

Acrescentei pimenta do reino em grãos e adicionei a mistura de vinagre e água ainda quente.

Aí só tampar e deixar curtir na geladeira por dois a três dias e pronto. É só saborear essa maravilha rsrsrs...

After 45 minutes of draining, I took the radishes, squeezed them well in my hands to remove all the salt water and put them in already sterilized pots.

I added black peppercorns and added the vinegar and water mixture while it was still hot.

Then just cover and let it enjoy in the fridge for two to three days and that's it. Just taste this wonder lol...
