- Rice flour1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar or other1/2 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Orange pomace1 cup
- Filtered water1 cup
- Flaxseed flour (no need to hydrate)1 coffee spoon
- Orange zest to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- We made a "sucão" at home and took advantage of the pomace of the oranges to make this delight. Mix it all up! Finally, add: 🍊1 tablespoon chemical yeast Separate your molds and grease if necessary - I used silicone, so I didn't grease it. Divide the dough in the molds (yields 8 muffins) and put ➕ zest of 🍊 - it looks beautiful! ⠀ Bake in the oven at 200º for approximately 35 minutes. ⠀ #tip with a ☕ or tea looks awesome 🥧
