  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Sparkling water120 ml
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Granulated Tapioca400 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, the cold soda water and the olive oil until you get a pancake point. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pass the okra in this mixture and then pass the granulated tapioca.
  3. Deep-fry until crispy.
  4. It is not necessary to cook the okra first. They will cook in the heat of frying.
