Okra300 g
Unsalted Peanut Butter1/3 cup
Cane molasses2 tablespoon
Miso1 tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
Olive oil3 tablespoon
Filtered water1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Coat the okra with a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place in a high oven until golden and crispy.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If necessary add more water for fluidity.
Pour the sauce over the okra and serve!
