- Okra300 g
- Unsalted Peanut Butter1/3 cup
- Cane molasses2 tablespoon
- Miso1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Filtered water1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Coat the okra with a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place in a high oven until golden and crispy.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If necessary add more water for fluidity.
- Pour the sauce over the okra and serve!
