Medium onion, cut to julienne

Chopped tomato

Tomato sauce pack of your choice

Hot dog bun

Not dog (vegan hot dog)

Esse é um daqueles pratos que você pode servir para qualquer pessoa e que vão comer tranquilamente, pois o sabor é semelhante ao original.

Eu cortei em fatias não muito fina três cenouras.

Coloquei em uma panela com água, uma colher bem cheia de páprica defumada, uma colher de chimicurri, duas colheres de shoyu, uma pitada de sal, pimenta do reino e fervi por 10 minutos.

Após esfriar, levei a geladeira e deixei por 24 horas marinando.

No dia seguinte, fritei uma cebola em azeite de oliva, coloquei dois tomates picados e um pouco de molho de tomate.

Ao final acrescentei as cenouras marinadas.

Aí é só colocar maionese e um pouco de mostarda no pão e colocar o molho do cachorro quente.

I cut into slices not too thin three carrots.

I put in a pan with water, a spoon full of smoked paprika, a spoon of chimicurri, two spoons of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, black pepper and boiled for 10 minutes.

After cooling, I took the fridge and left it for 24 hours to marinate.

The next day, I fried an onion in olive oil, added two chopped tomatoes and a little tomato sauce.

At the end I added the marinated carrots.

Then just put mayonnaise and a little mustard on the bread and put the hot dog sauce.
