  • Assorted mushrooms200 g
  • Chestnut cream11/2 cup
  • Shoyu2 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard1 teaspoon
  1. Clean and dry the mushrooms well, chop into smaller pieces or slices.
  2. Cut the onion and tomatoes into cubes, remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  3. In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion.
  4. Add the tomato and let it break down.
  5. Add the mushrooms and stir.
  6. Finally put the chestnut cream, mustard and soy sauce.
  7. Mix until it thickens a little, to the extent of a cream.
