  • Fresh portobelo mushrooms200 g
  • Fresh shiitake mushrooms200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves10 unit(s)
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Blonde to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Sanitize all ingredients.
  2. Chop all the ingredients into pieces of about 1 cm.
  3. Mix the ingredients well with the oil, salt, pepper and bay leaf in a bowl.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes in a refractory covered with aluminum foil. Medium preheated oven.
  5. Serve with toast, crackers, rice or pasta.
