  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Mushroom Paris100 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Aipim400 g
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a drizzle of palm oil.
  2. Then add the peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes and let it reduce
  3. Add cilantro, parsley and set aside.
  4. In another pan, cook the cassava until soft.
  5. Enjoy some of the cooking water and liquefy the cassava
  6. Return the sautéed to the fire and add the manioc cream little by little.
  7. Hit the salt, pepper and be happy 🌶
  8. Obs.: I like to salt the food little by little. I put a little salt in the stew, a little in the cooking water and in the end I just adjust the salt 😉
