- Mushroom Paris100 g
- Parsley to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Aipim400 g
- Palm oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a drizzle of palm oil.
- Then add the peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes and let it reduce
- Add cilantro, parsley and set aside.
- In another pan, cook the cassava until soft.
- Enjoy some of the cooking water and liquefy the cassava
- Return the sautéed to the fire and add the manioc cream little by little.
- Hit the salt, pepper and be happy 🌶
- Obs.: I like to salt the food little by little. I put a little salt in the stew, a little in the cooking water and in the end I just adjust the salt 😉
