- Baby Potatoes to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Sliced Garlic to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a pan with water, cook the unpeeled potatoes (wash well beforehand) until they are cooked but still firm.
- Drain the water well, place them in a baking dish and mash each one (I use a large spoon), taking care not to crush them too much.
- Season all the potatoes with salt, add the garlic slices and rosemary leaves.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 20 minutes or until they are lightly golden.
