  • Chopped Red Peppers2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic cloves.5 unit(s)
  • Nori seaweed sheets4 unit(s)
  • Tablespoons of tomato paste5 tablespoon
  1. Use cooked lentils without seasoning. Don't forget to soak the lentils for 12 hours.
  2. In a blender or mixer, beat the peppers, seaweed and lentils. And book.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil until golden, add the tomato paste and leave for a few moments.
  4. Then add the reserved mixture, cover the pan and let it reduce until it becomes a paste.
  5. Add salt and parsley to taste. Serve cold.
