  • White onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Almond flour100 g
  • Whole wheat flour80 g
  • Olive oil80 ml
  • Cumin powder30 g
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Green Smell100 mg
  1. Soak the lentils for 24 hours
  2. Drain the water and cook for 15 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, place the other ingredients on a platter.
  4. Remove the lentil from the heat and drain it under running water.
  5. Knead it a little and add the mixture of ingredients
  6. Pre heat the oven to 180°
  7. Grease a baking sheet
  8. Ball the meatballs and take them to the baking dish
  9. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
  10. Meatballs can be fried or grilled but in the oven it is the least greasy way.
  11. It goes well with purees, pasta and can be frozen :)
