- Lentil250 g
- White onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Almond flour100 g
- Whole wheat flour80 g
- Olive oil80 ml
- Cumin powder30 g
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Green Smell100 mg
- Soak the lentils for 24 hours
- Drain the water and cook for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile, place the other ingredients on a platter.
- Remove the lentil from the heat and drain it under running water.
- Knead it a little and add the mixture of ingredients
- Pre heat the oven to 180°
- Grease a baking sheet
- Ball the meatballs and take them to the baking dish
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
- Meatballs can be fried or grilled but in the oven it is the least greasy way.
- It goes well with purees, pasta and can be frozen :)
