  • Coconut milk1 cup
  • Chia seeds4 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 dessert spoon
  • Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
  • Topping 1 spoon of cocoa1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk3 tablespoon
  1. For the pudding, just mix everything together and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  2. For the "healthy brigadeiro" mix the cocoa, sugar and coconut milk and microwave for 1 minute taking care not to spill
  3. After 4 hours, place your brigadeiro on top of your pudding and add fruits of your choice and enjoy!
